Aebelskiver: One of the main reasons folks come to the Festival! You can watch these hollow pancake-like balls being made, then eat them with powdered sugar or jam.
Biff Paj: Swedish meat loaf in sour cream pastry

Fri-Jo: Yeast-raised deep fried Swedish pastry, rolled in cinnamon and sugar.
Frikadeller: (Danish) Meat or chicken formed into patties or balls. Includes Swedish style meatballs served with gravy or sour cream and chicken patties.

Ol Haven: (Traditional Beer Garden) Serves beers, wine and wine coolers along with sausages, snacks and fountain drinks.
Enjoy live music every evening! This year they are featuring one of the oldest and most popular groups in Lane County: The Valley Boys!
You can see them Friday and Saturday nights at 7:00. Proceeds from the beer garden benefit community service projects throughout West Lane County.
